Your Ultimate Buying Wedding Dress Journey Guide

I've chosen my dress! How do I go about making a payment?

Throughout your buying wedding dress journey we welcome payment by major debit and credit cards, as well as cash. A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order. Upon the arrival of the gown at Tala Daniel Bridal, we will conduct our necessary checks before contacting you to schedule a fitting appointment at our store or to arrange for tailoring services at the nearby location. The remaining 50% balance will be due at this point.

When purchasing a sample gown, the full 100% payment is necessary at the time of purchase, and the gown will be ready for you to take home.


At what time will my measurement be taken?

Upon placing your order, we will take your initial measurements to select the most suitable pattern from that designer specifically for you. The dress will be crafted based on this pattern size, as well as any specific requests you may have, such as fabric color or additional buttons.



What is the lead time required to order my gown?

Typically, brides place their gown order between 9 and 12 months prior to their wedding date. Should the timeframe be less than 6 months, a rush fee of 15% may apply due to the increased cost of expedited dress production. We make every effort to waive this fee by adjusting the production schedule accordingly. For weddings scheduled within 4 months, we recommend exploring sample sale dresses. When can I anticipate receiving my gown?

After placing the order with the designer, we will receive an order confirmation that includes the expected delivery date. Once your gown has been delivered, we will contact you to schedule your Dress Sign Off appointment at the store.

If you would like to schedule your fitting appointment with the tailor ahead of time, feel free to get in touch with us, and we will gladly arrange that for you.

What should I do if I haven't received any updates from you regarding the delivery of my gown?

If you have not received any updates from us regarding the delivery of your gown, please feel free to reach out to us via email (sales@taladaniel.co.uk) or phone (02070182828). It's always a good idea to follow up!


Could you please provide information on your refund policy?

Refunds are not available once the sales agreement has been signed. You must visit us to pay the remaining balance upon gown arrival and to pick up the item. This policy also applies to sample purchases.
