What price range are your dresses?

We offer a large and diverse collection that features gowns starting from around £2000 . The price can vary widely depending on customizations. Your consultant will help you find the perfect dress within your budget.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. In order to provide you with the best possible experience we Kindly advise that you book an appointment. This allows us to set everything ahead so you enjoy your bridal experience to the utmost. We do our best to accommodate walk-in customers if we do not have a scheduled appointment during that time.

Who should I bring with me to my appointment?

We ask that you limit your guest count at the moment to one as per the Government guidance with regard to the Covid-19. Normally, we can comfortably accommodate two guests around each of our changing rooms, and we have experienced first-hand that too many opinions are not helpful. You can always FaceTime or Skype anyone who is unable to be with you personally at your appointment. If you still need to bring more than two or three people, we can offer you a private appointment where you will have the entire store to yourself for two hours. There is a £50 booking fee for these appointments, which will be refunded on your wedding dress order and they can be reserved by calling or by sending us an email.

When should I order my wedding dress?

You would want to plan on ordering your dress 9 to 12 months prior to your wedding date. Dresses are made to order and can take up to 5 to 7 months to produce, plus another 1 to 2 for alterations. There are rush options for weddings under 6 months, however a fee for these orders do apply and vary based on designer and timeline.

What should I wear to my bridal appointment?

We suggest that you bring heels the same height you plan to wear on your wedding day. This will allow you to see where the hem will hit and help with measuring.

We also recommend that you wear nude underwear with a strapless bra (if possible, but not essential).

It is always very helpful to slightly style your hair and put on light makeup although this will not give you the fully complete look, it will help you envision the day when you try on ‘your Dream Dress’.

Do you offer in-house alterations?

Yes. Almost all dresses require some final tweaks. We have an expert alteration seamstress that is familiar with our dresses and knows exactly what to do to make the dress a perfect fit!

When do I choose my accessories?

We have a wide selection of accessories and your consultant will help you during your bridal appointment, find the accessories that best compliment your style. We recommend that you purchase your accessories with your dress. We offer jewellery, hair accessories, and veils.

Do you stock each designer’s full collection?

We stock a selection of sample dresses from each designer’s line to be tried on in the store. If there is a specific dress from a designer that you love, drop us an email or call our store to see if we have it available. We usually can order the sample for you to try on.

We also hold trunk shows and designer days where almost all of the collections would be available for you to choose from and try on the one that you have your heart set on. Keep checking our website and our social media for the latest events and news and book your appointment.

Do you have plus-size samples?

Yes. We offer a selection of dresses and have many plus-sized samples available for try-on.
